Thank you for your interest in having me create a piece, especially for you! Commissions are now OPEN for a short time - to be completed now through the end of February. Just message if you need it by a specific date upon purchase.

8" x 8" or 8" x 10" - $200

How Reserving your Commission works:
To add your commission to my calendar, purchase the 1/2 deposit. You will be invoiced the balance due + shipping upon completion of your piece.
Email me at hello@madebyemilyposey.com with up to 3 photos, plus a description of any features of the home (e.g. front door, house number, favorite tree/plant, etc.) you would like me to specifically include. Photos should capture the entire front of the house and be taken in good lighting if possible. When making your request, please make sure you are choosing the correct size to fit what you want.
I do my best to get your painting exactly how you'd like it based upon your notes and photographs. However if there are any revisions there will be a 15% increase in price. Commissions are non-refundable.
Depending upon the subject and detail, commissions usually take 4 - 6 weeks to complete.
All pieces are watercolor, pen, and ink on archival, 140lb watercolor paper.
Over the years I have had the privilege of creating special pieces of art for you and your those dear to you - it truly is an honor.
